Description: This is an accreditation-based training of trainers offered by NIRDPR for trainers in DDU-GKY. This is not a ToT on domain training. The course provides practical orientation on rural youth psychology, adult learning principles and active skill training methodologies and techniques adopted by the industry to quicken learning and retention. The course involves pre and post test and three teachbacks, followed by peer feedback and master trainer feedback on the basis of parameters adopted for measuring quality of training.
